Такая подготовка облегчит последующее нанесение грунтовки, а это следующий обязательный шаг для получения результата без трещин. Правильно выбранная в зависимости от типа основания грунтовка укрепит верхний слой, защитит от влаги и пыли, улучшит качество дальнейших работ. Нанесение слоя при помощи кисти или валика обеспечит равномерное покрытие, а дальнейшая просушка – наилучший эффект.
Следующий этап – базовое выравнивание методом укладки стяжки. Он нужен в случае, если основание имеет существенные неровности. Для этого заготавливают специальную смесь, монтируют маяки, укладывают раствор на основание и заделывают швы.
Чтобы удалить пузырьки из финишного слоя после укладки, по ней проходят особым игольчатым валиком. Следом за сушкой приступают к укладыванию выбранного напольного покрытия.
Приготовление раствора
Для создания раствора отмеряют необходимое количество чистой воды, в нашем случае – 5-5,5 л на 20 кг сухой смеси. Специалисты не рекомендуют использовать холодную воду: ее оптимальная температура находится в пределах от +15 до +20 градусов. В емкость с водой постепенно добавляют сухую смесь CN 173, при этом постоянно размешивая раствор. Перемешивание необходимо для получения однородной по своей консистенции рабочей массы.
Еще одним важным нюансом в приготовлении наливного пола «Церезит» является быстрота размешивания раствора. Смешение компонентов при помощи миксера или дрели со специальной насадкой должно осуществляться со скоростью вращения 400-800 оборотов в минуту.
Ceresit CN 173 относится к быстротвердеющей смеси, поэтому весь готовый раствор необходимо распределить по основанию пола в течении получаса с момента приготовления.
